Mining Camps.
- Working alongside a team of 2-4 Chefs +2 kitchenhand in a 200+ man camp
- Buffet style food
- Rotation of breakfast and dinner

- Ongoing jobs on a rotation of 2:1 or 2:2 or 4:2

Hotels/Pub/Resorts.
- Working in a team of approx. 3-6 people.
- A la Carte style food.

- Working in a team of approx. 10+ people.

Do you measure up:
Are you a trade qualified Chef with at least 3+ years experience, plus:

- Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skills
- Can produce consistent quality
- Have a positive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Own traditional uniform and knives
- Have experience in quality a la carte dining or bulk cooking
- Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
- Would like to assist with menu planning and suggestions
- Enjoy the benefits of expanding your experience and knowledge.
- Have passion and enthusiasm to motivate not only yourself but a team as well.
- Have or be willing to obtain a National Police Check.
