About the role

JAY SINGH THE BEST REALTY is seeking a talented and driven Sales assistant/Tele caller to join our team in Armadale, WA 6112. As a part-time/full-time role, you will be responsible for supporting our residential sales team and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our services and properties
  • Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks such as arranging viewings, following up on leads, and maintaining client records
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall strategy of the residential sales department
  • Staying up to date with market trends, property listings, and industry regulations

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the real estate industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
