Business Development Assistant

Our company is seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and results-driven individual to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries and accurate invoicing.
  • Send quotations to clients and negotiate prices with suppliers.
  • Perform data entry activities in accordance with established procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complaints and ensuring orders are processed correctly.
  • Conduct tele-marketing activities to solicit sales for goods or services.
  • Assist with general administration tasks, including filing and record maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional telephone manner and customer orientation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office skills, especially proficient in Excel worksheets.
