Role Type: Full-time, including weekends with a rotating day off each month

What You'll Bring

  • At least 2 years of cocktail-bar experience, crafting drinks and developing menus in high-energy environments
  • Proven management of small teams, coaching staff to deliver memorable service, educate beverage & food training
  • Experience working with KPIs, whether it's sales targets, customer satisfaction, or stock control
  • Restaurant service and customer service excellence, particularly in casual fine-dining settings
  • Autonomous drive, able to confidently handle operations; yet a true team player when needed
  • Passion, creativity, energy, and the grit to bring ideas to life in service and hospitality
  • Ordering and supplies savvy, keeping inventory tight and effective
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to train, inspire, and upsell with finesse
  • Tequila knowledge is a plus, or the eager willingness to become our resident aficionado
  • Must work weekends, with the benefit of one rotating weekend day off per month

  • Oversee inventory, ordering, supplier relationships, and supplier cost controls
  • Mentor, train, and motivate your team to exceed both KPIs and guest expectations
  • Blend your genuine love for hospitality with a results-oriented mindset
  • Step in and lead when needed—whether it's pulse-raising weekend shifts or quiet weekday innovation
