About the Role
  • Provide advanced clinical and problem-solving skills, expert planning, and coordination skills in the clinical management of Intensive Care patients with complex care needs, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Demonstrate a high level of clinical critical thinking applying theory into nursing practice in the provision of best practice within a quaternary ICU.
  • Provide expert clinical leadership in patient's/resident's/client's assessment, care planning and practice and role model to and collaborate with the healthcare team.
  • Act as a clinical and educational resource within an area based on knowledge, skills, and experience to inform evidence-based practice.
