Branch Managers are pivotal to our success. They cultivate our culture, drive sales, and deliver top-notch customer service. As the heartbeat of our branch, you'll often be the first point of contact for our customers at Instant Windscreens.

  • Experience in the automotive industry or the automotive glass industry is desired.
  • The capability to manage our branch booking schedule to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • An energetic and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Exceptional communication skills, both with staff and customers
  • The ability to foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Strong management skills to oversee local stock, assets, and staff effectively.
