ClearSky Allied Health is seeking upcoming and recent graduates to join our organisation's Allied Health Graduate Program. As part of an expanding team of allied health professionals, you will learn and work with our highly skilled and experienced team in a structured approach that supports your early career.

About the Opportunity:
We believe in providing multidisciplinary, wrap around supports for our graduates and tailored experiences that create great career pathways. Our 6-month Graduate Program is designed to accelerate your learning and development within a supportive environment.
- Professional Development: Kick-off with an immersive 12-week program including monthly clinical workshops, shadowing, and personal growth sessions. We offer an abundance of training opportunities to align with your interests and strengthen your practice.
- A Team Committed to Your Success: With initial weekly 1:1 supervision, an experienced buddy, clinical mentors, group supervision, and fortnightly training, you're part of a team that genuinely cares about your development and engagement.
- Across Sector Support: Working in the NDIS, Medicare, DVA or Aged Care areas of allied health can be deeply fulfilling and rewarding, but we understand you might be nervous about your new role. Our dedicated team is here to help build your knowledge, simplify the process, and develop your skills across various areas of allied health where ClearSky delivers; both out in the community or in-clinic.
