As a BSST, your role is all about keeping our product moving smoothly — from making lots of hoses to inwards goods and dispatch — making sure customers get what they need, when they need it. You'll be part of a solid team that knows how to work hard, support each other, and get things done right.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Making Hoses and selling hydraulic related consumables to walk in customers
• Picking and dispatching hydraulic fittings and hose orders
• Replenishing shelves and restocking bulk inventory
• Processing inwards goods and preparing monthly customer stock orders
• Helping manufacture and test hose kits
• Taking calls and assisting customers with orders and enquiries
• Generating quotes and processing sales in SAP
• Supporting the HSST (Hydraulic Sales and Service Technicians) that are out on the road.
• Pitching in with the Sullivans Mining & Industrial warehouse when needed

What We're Looking For:

• A knowledge of Hydraulics would be an advantage, however full training will be provided.
• A great attitude and eagerness to learn
• Physically fit and ready to get stuck in
• Previous warehouse or customer service experience (a bonus, not essential)
• Forklift licence is a plus
• Reliable, detailed, and able to work under pressure
• Basic computer skills (we'll show you the rest)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
