we're looking for a motivated
Risk and Audit Analyst
to support our enterprise risk and audit functions, helping ensure our business operates safely, efficiently and responsibly.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key role in supporting the consistent application of TasNetworks' Enterprise Risk Management Framework, helping to identify, assess and monitor business risks. Working closely with the Risk and Audit Lead and stakeholders across the business, you will:

  • Gather, analyse and report on risk and audit data to support informed decision-making.
  • Assist in audit preparedness through document coordination, evidence collection and action tracking.
  • Support business units to maintain risk registers, control documentation and governance records.
  • Monitor the progress and closure of internal audit actions, escalating issues when required.
  • Help embed a proactive risk culture by supporting teams to understand and manage their risk responsibilities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of risk management practices, tools and templates.

This is a hands-on, collaborative role ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys gathering data, building relationships and supporting continuous improvement across a complex organisation.
