What You'll Do

  • Assist skilled technicians in performing structural and cosmetic repairs on Tesla vehicles using Tesla-specific procedures
  • Reassemble vehicle panels and components to factory standards — returning cars to a like-new condition
  • Test and inspect vehicles to ensure repairs meet Tesla's uncompromising safety and quality standards
  • Detail, clean, and polish vehicles to perfection before customer delivery
  • Collaborate with a passionate, high-performing team committed to excellence

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in automotive labouring, assembly, or similar hands-on roles
  • A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset
  • Reliability, curiosity, and a drive to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • A valid, clean driver's license
  • Basic computer skills and comfort with technology
