We're excited to offer an opportunity for a passionate and enthusiastic Case Manager to join the Auslands Care team

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin / Support Case Manager to join our team. This role combines administration, case management, client engagement, and marketing responsibilities. You will play a key role in supporting our service delivery team while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate client documentation.
  • Providing case management support, including support plan coordination.
  • Assisting the Service Manager with daily operations and service delivery tasks.
  • Identifying and engaging with potential participants.
  • Inspecting accommodation and ensuring compliance with service standards.
  • Managing leads and supporting conversion into active clients.
  • Timely reporting to the HR and management.
  • Handling social media platforms, campaigns, and marketing activities.
  • Welcoming and professionally engaging with clients, families, and stakeholders.
  • Performing additional case management duties as directed.

What We're Looking For

  • · Previous experience in administration, case management, marketing or a similar role.
  • · Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
  • · Knowledge of NDIS processes.
  • · A professional, client-focused attitude with the ability to multitask.

Licence/Certification:

  • · First Aid Certification (Preferred)
  • · National Police Certificate (Required)
  • · Driver Licence (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Casual, Contract

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
