We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional person to assist with the day to day functions of a Customer Service/Receptionist. Applicants must have an ability to work as a member of a team and have the ability to multi-task. Must have 1 year or more experience in the field.
Attention to detail and previous experience is essential.
**Your role**:
You are the first point of contact for our clients and staff. You must be professional and treat people courteously at all times.
**To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following**:
- Experience as a medical receptionist or with an NDIS provider (essential)
- Experience in the use of Brevity (desirable) or training provided
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Hold a valid and current Victorian driving licence
- Hold a current police check and working with children’s check
- Right to work in Australia
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- MS Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- NDIS: 1 year (required)
- Disability Support Worker: 2 years (preferred)
