This is an excellent opportunity to build your risk and assurance career in one of the most tightly regulated industries as an Analyst for Testing & Assurance. You'll work closely with experienced professionals and gain exposure to complex control environments and business operations.
What you'll do
Join our Risk team and help ensure we maintain strong, effective internal controls in a fast-paced and highly regulated wagering environment. You'll support the delivery of independent control reviews and help drive improvements in risk management.
- Support with planning and deliver control assurance reviews across key business areas
- Conduct walkthroughs to understand processes, identify key risks, and evaluate the design of controls
- Perform review testing of controls, gather supporting evidence, and identify control gaps or weaknesses
- Draft clear, concise reports outlining findings, root causes, and agreed remediation actions
- Help manage risk admin tasks including tracking issues, follow-ups, and staff attestation processes
What you'll bring
* 2-3 years hands-on experience in audit, risk and assurance within a highly regulated, fast-moving industry
* Understanding of Audit and Testing in a Risk environment and how it fits into the greater Risk team
* Strong Admin experience gained across an operational Risk, Audit or commercial team
* Good communication skills and an ability to manage internal stakeholders
