Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for making a real difference in the lives of young people? Anglicare Central Queensland are seeking a visionary Residential and Specialised Support Manager to lead, grow, and shape our vital support programs across the region.
In this pivotal leadership position, you'll oversee our Residential Care and Specialised Support programs, ensuring young people receive high-quality, trauma-informed care that promotes their physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing. This role can be based in either Rockhampton or Gladstone.
What will a typical day look like?
- Lead and expand services across Central Queensland.
- Ensure excellence in service delivery, HR, finance, contracts and accreditation.
- Foster strong partnerships with the Department and care providers.
- Promote a culture of learning, safety, and continuous improvement
- Prepare funding submissions and drive operational planning.
Mandatory Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in social or behavioural sciences, social work or psychology (or related discipline).
- A minimum 5 years relevant experience at a managerial level.

- A strong communicator, able to quickly build rapport and influence across a diverse range of people.

- Ability to obtain a Blue Card (working with children check positive notice or exemption)
