About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Bar Staff to join our team at the Darlington Point Sports Club. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and social environment, providing excellent customer service and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our much-loved local club.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely and friendly manner

  • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the bar area

  • Adhering to all relevant licensing laws and regulations

  • Assisting with stock management and inventory control

  • Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all patrons

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience working in a bar or similar hospitality role

  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team

  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing high-quality service

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A responsible attitude and the ability to work under pressure

  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification

  • A current Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) certification

  • Ability to work, days, nights and weekends
