What you'll be doing

As an Account Manager/New Business Manager, you'll play a key role in creating strong customer relationships and delivering high-quality branded merchandise and apparel solutions.

You'll:


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.


• Develop and present proposals that deliver value and drive results.


• Work with our sourcing team to align product offerings with client needs.


• Identify new opportunities to grow accounts and introduce innovative products.


• Champion continuous improvement by streamlining processes and finding smarter ways of working.


• Love cold calling and building new relationships

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who is personable, motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.


• A natural networker who loves picking up the phone, cold calling, and creating new opportunities.


• 3+ years' experience in branded merchandise.


• Confidence working with Tier 1 & 2 clients.


• Experience in print or print management is a plus.


• Self-motivated, results-driven,


• Strong communication skills, combined with proficiency in Excel and CRM, are highly valued.


• Most importantly: a willingness to learn and a spark of personality.
