ABOUT THE ROLE

We're seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to Manage our trade performance and optimise our customer journey . This role blends creativity with commercial focus, managing everything from site merchandising to digital performance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage daily e-commerce operations (Shopify).
  • Optimise product uploads, site content, and customer journey.
  • Drive sales through trading, analytics, and conversion strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Creative on campaigns and launches.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3-5 years in e-commerce (fashion/retail preferred).
  • Shopify and Google analytics experience.
  • Strong mix of analytical skills and creative flair.
  • Results orientated, organised, detail-driven, and hands-on.
