We are seeking a Fundraising Coordinator to support a much-loved charity in securing further funds from their valued donors. Your impactful and engaging stories will inspire donors to give to their various campaigns and will change the lives of people who deserve a better quality of life.

This is the perfect opportunity for a marketer who would like to use their skills for good.

In this role, your duties will include:

  • Managing direct marketing appeals including digital, mail and EDMs.
  • Creating and executing Bi-Yearly Newsletters (Using same mediums as above)
  • Managing donor services inbox and responding to enquiries via phone and email.
  • Drafting welcome letters/emails and supporter communications.
  • Coordinating the retention journey automation for donors.
  • Collaborate with Data Analyst to segment and evaluate donor retention performance across all donor levels.
  • Updating Salesforce database.
