Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial/Management Accountant in the RTO sector. Based in the Greater Sydney Area, the role allows for a combination of on-site and remote work flexibility. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, utilizing accounting software, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting compliance with regulatory requirements. The Financial Accountant will also contribute to improving financial processes and ensuring effective financial management for RTO clients.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of Finance principles
  • Experience with Accounting Software and related tools
  • Attention to detail and thorough knowledge of accounting standards
  • Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CA certification is an advantage
  • Prior experience in the education sector, particularly with RTOs, is highly desirable
