This intern role is with Rotation Solutions, the Field Service and Engineering division based in Perth. Our team of engineers and specialists support critical projects across the region from our Belmont headquarters, affectionately known as "The Nest".

The Gig:

Your internship will expose you to the skills, techniques and challenges of maintaining and overhauling Light Industrial and Aeroderivative Gas Turbines. Work may include supporting our overhaul projects for the Canadian depot, assisting with tooling design, contributing to fleet performance strategies, or prepping a team heading offshore to troubleshoot a turbine issue.

You'll get exposure to real-world engineering, supported by some of the most experienced people in the industry, all while figuring out where you shine.

Start as an intern in our Perth facility. Your mission? Support live jobs, learn the ropes, and see where your strengths lie. Prove yourself, and you'll be considered for future graduate roles in areas like:

  • Field service – boots on the ground solving real problems
  • Engineering design – improving tools, parts, and performance
  • Rotating Equipment Engineering – maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability for major clients
  • Or a mix of all three.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
  • Academic all-rounders who love getting hands-on with machines
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated problem solvers
  • Penultimate-year students preferred, but all are welcome to apply
