Note: At Blueberry, moving with purpose means showing up, connecting, and building momentum together. This role is based onsite in Sydney, Monday to Friday, where the real magic happens.



Description

About the Role

You'll manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth clients and key partners, providing exceptional service while driving new business opportunities. This dual-focus role combines premium client care with creative business development,  from nurturing existing relationships to acquiring and converting new ones through omnichannel engagement.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with premium clients and introducing brokers

  • Proactively prospect and onboard new clients and partners to grow Blueberry's premium base

  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities from lead to conversion

  • Deliver exceptional service and personalized support to HNW clients

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to set and adjust spreads and commissions

  • Be available to international leads for scheduled calls (min. 6 hours per week)

  • Provide after-hours support to high-value clients when required

  • Drive long-term client loyalty and retention through tailored engagement

  • Represent Blueberry with professionalism and integrity in every interaction



Skills And Experiences

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline (preferred)

  • RG146 Financial Services General Advice certification (required)

  • 3+ years' experience in account management or sales within financial services

  • Proven success managing HNW clients, IBs, and institutional relationships

  • Deep understanding of financial markets and trading strategies

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Highly organized with a structured approach to managing client portfolios

  • Confident decision-making and problem-solving abilities

  • Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management experience

Extra Points If You Have

  • Experience with MetaTrader4 or MetaTrader5 platforms

  • Experience in a phone-based sales environment

  • Prior work in CFD, brokerage, or trading firms
