As Assistant Manager, you'll take charge of a vibrant, fast-paced retail space - boosting sales, delivering outstanding service, and leading a motivated team. You'll ensure seamless daily operations while creating unforgettable shopping experiences in a busy, high-volume store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and mentor a large team, encouraging high performance and fostering a collaborative and positive environment. You'll be a natural motivator, able to engage with your team and inspire them to deliver their best every day.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all store operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, from stock management to visual merchandising. You'll balance high sales performance with maintaining operational efficiency and quality standards.
  • Customer Experience: Maintain an unwavering commitment to providing a luxury experience for every customer. Your team will look to you to set the tone for exceptional customer service that meets the brand's premium standards.
  • Sales and Targets: You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding store sales targets. You'll work closely with the broader team to develop strategies and initiatives that drive business growth and improve store performance.
  • Training & Development: Manage the ongoing development of your team, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to deliver their best performance. This includes regular coaching and training on product knowledge, customer service, and sales strategies.
