Bid Manager - Tier 2 Builder - Commercial Fit Out

Location: Alexandria / Botany location - Free parking.

• A long-established Tier 3 builder on the cusp of 2 status, with a strong pipeline across NSW and QLD, is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to take ownership of their tender and submission function across the two states.
• The business has an excellent reputation, a collaborative culture, and a genuine focus on quality, relationships and repeat clients.
• This is a key role for someone who enjoys shaping winning bids, elevating brand presence, and coordinating high-quality proposals across multiple stakeholders.

The Opportunity

• You'll lead the end-to-end bid process — from reviewing RFTs through to final submission — ensuring all tenders are compliant, compelling, and reflective of the high standards the business is known for.
• Working closely with Estimating, Pre-Construction, Operations and Senior Leadership, you'll play an influential role in how the business positions itself in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full bid lifecycle across multiple tenders.
• Review tender documentation and extract requirements, risks and opportunities.
• Develop bid strategies, content plans and submission timelines.
• Coordinate input from Estimators, PMs, CMs and senior stakeholders.
• Write, edit and compile capability statements, methodologies, CVs and project profiles.
• Ensure all submissions are compliant, structured and delivered on time to the correct portal.
• Maintain brand consistency and lift the quality of all presentation material.
• Manage templates, bid libraries, and continuously improve processes.

About You

• Experience as a Bid Manager / Bid Coordinator in construction.
• Strong writing, editing and bid presentation skills.
• Highly organised, deadline-driven and able to manage multiple concurrent submissions (circa 4)
• Confident liaising with senior stakeholders.
• InDesign experience highly regarded.
