Scope:

Provide assistance to leadership team in formulation of production plans

Organize implementation and execution of production plans in accordance with business needs

Coordinate the team and various departments to ensure the successful completion of production tasks (in terms of both quality and quantity)

Manage team scheduling, task allocation and other aspects based on production needs to ensure efficient output

Responsible for formulating and optimizing food preparation standards, equipment operation specifications, etc.

Provide guidance to team members to ensure compliance with quality standards

Responsible for new product research and development, optimization of previous range of products

Continuous cost control and management while ensuring product quality

Requirements:

Regular employer sponsorship or currently holds a valid work permit for full time employment in Australia

IELTS score 5 or above

In good health, with long-term development plans in Australia

More than three years of experience as a chef or food processing worker, with certain product development and innovation capabilities

Experience in managing a team of more than 3 people

Strong understanding in the whole process management of production and processing (primary processing, cooking, packaging, distribution etc)

Familiarity with SOP process establishment and supervision implementation

Proficient in using office software (Word/Excel/PPT) for document processing, data statistics and reporting of production data

Hold a valid domestic driver's license, have a driving experience of more than 3 years with no major traffic violation record
