Your Next Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at our Hervey Bay Holidays site. Located just a short stroll from Torquay Beach and Shelly Beach, Ingenia Holidays Hervey Bay offers a relaxed coastal lifestyle with easy access to whale watching, Fraser Island adventures, and vibrant local attractions, perfect for those who value both nature and community.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you'll play a key role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents, and having fun while doing it

This position is casual, with extra hours able to be picked up during peak seasons.

In this Role, You'll

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness across rooms and shared areas
  • Replenish supplies, tidy storage areas, and check appliances
  • Safely dispose of waste and report any maintenance needs
  • Respect guest privacy and protect property
  • Work collaboratively while delivering excellent service

You're Likely a Match If You

  • Have previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping
  • Hold a current 'C' class driver's licence
  • Have strong attention to detail, great time management, and able to work independently
  • Are a friendly, warm, customer-focused communicator with a team-first attitude
  • Are physically fit and comfortable with active, hands-on work (e.g. lifting, bending, walking stairs)
  • Are confident using cleaning tools, products, PPE, and site vehicles like buggies
