About the role

Mudgee Brewing Co' is seeking passionate and experienced barstaff to join our lively team at our brewing facility in Mudgee, NSW. This is a casual role, offering flexible hours to suit your lifestyle. You will be an integral part of delivering an exceptional customer experience to our guests as they enjoy our range of craft beers and ciders.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing friendly and efficient table service to customers
  2. Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
  3. Maintaining a clean, safe and well-stocked bar area
  4. Assisting with stock management and ordering
  5. Adhering to all relevant liquor licensing laws and regulations
  6. Contributing to a positive team environment

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience working in a bar, cafe or restaurant environment
  2. Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
  3. Excellent cash handling and money management skills
  4. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  5. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
  6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  7. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
