About this role:

Based at Wormall Group's head office in Cardup (near Byford), you'll report directly to the Plant & Warehousing Manager.

Wormall Group is currently operating at over 60 locations in the Perth region, which means a lot of equipment that requires maintenance and repairs.

You'll be responsible for planning, organising, and overseeing the transportation of materials and parts for the Workshop. You may occasionally be required to deliver parts when other transportation options are not suitable for the situation.

What your day will look like:

  • Accurately identify, interpret, and source parts
  • Obtain quotes, lead times (ETA), and availability from suppliers
  • Order, track, and coordinate the delivery of parts
  • Manage inventory, ensuring proper organisation, labelling, and storage of parts and tools
  • Provide technical advice and support to the workshop team

Skillset needed:

  • Previous experience in a similar role for road vehicles and plant equipment
  • Mechanical background is highly beneficial
  • Valid WA Drivers Licence
  • Forklift Ticket (Desirable)
  • Construction Card/ White Card
  • Strong time management capabilities
  • Good geographical knowledge of Perth region
