We are renowned for our dedication to showcasing the finest local and seasonal produce, crafting dishes that reflect the true essence of the region and French heritage.
Your Role:
- Culinary Visionary: Help develop and execute innovative menus that highlight the best of Daylesford's seasonal produce, maintaining Bistro Terroir's reputation for French Heritage and excellence.
- Team Leader: Inspire and mentor a talented team of chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.
- Operational Excellence: Manage kitchen operations efficiently, ensuring food quality, consistency, and adherence to health and safety standards
Your Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role.
- A passion for regional, seasonal cuisine and a commitment to using high-quality ingredients.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a dedication to maintaining high standards.
