Rehabilitation Consultant – Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Occupational Therapist

Are you passionate about helping people get back on track after injury or illness? Join Work Rehab as a Rehabilitation Consultant or Senior Rehabilitation Consultant and make a genuine impact in the lives of individuals on their recovery journey.

We're looking for a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our supportive Sunshine Coast team. You'll work closely with clients, employers, healthcare providers, and insurers to create tailored rehabilitation and return-to-work plans that improve lives and foster independence.

What You'll Do


• Develop personalised, whole-person rehab and return-to-work plans


• Assess physical, psychological, and social factors impacting recovery


• Conduct Vocational, Workplace, and Functional Capacity Assessments


• Identify practical return-to-work pathways aligned with recovery timelines


• Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes


• Provide expert advice and evidence-based recommendations

About You


• Qualified Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist with current AHPRA or ESSA membership.


• New Graduate or 1–2 years in occupational rehabilitation. Clinical experience also desirable.


• Excellent communicator and confident working with diverse stakeholders


• Passionate about achieving positive rehab outcomes


• Must have a driver's licence, access to a pool car available and recent National Police Clearance
