Front Office Manager

We are running a short term letting hotel and are looking for a person to manage the daily operations at the front desk.
The job involves receiving guests, taking bookings, actioning emails, handling customer relations and complaints face to face.
We want to ensure outstanding guest service by resolving issues and making sure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The manager has to oversee property maintenance, ensure adequate inventory of suppliers, manage relationships with vendors, contractors and cleaners.
We use Hirum as the booking software and experience with similar software will be an advantage. It is necessary to have good computer skills.
This is a fulltime time position working for 37.5 hours for the week.
We would require at least two referees and past work experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
