LD Total is an Australian, family owned private company that has been providing quality landscape services for over 25 years.  We are a multi award-winning landscape company who specialises in landscape and irrigation design, commercial and residential construction, maintenance and residential lot packages. From our humble beginnings in a small shed, we now have established depots and offices in, Perth, the South-West of WA, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia.

We're currently experiencing significant growth in Perth, and we are now looking for a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to manage our commercial projects. This position is based out of our depots in Baldivis and Carabooda.

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified/experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisor with an enthusiastic and positive work ethic. You will need a proven track record in delivering high quality landscape maintenance works through industry best practice, excellent knowledge and standards of OH&S. Prior experience overseeing , council gardening/mowing contracts or commercial/developer maintenance would be highly regarded.

You will be managing multiple projects and providing support, training and mentoring to junior staff and Apprentices. You will have a 'can do' attitude with a strong commitment to contribute as a part of a team. This role is a full-time permanent position starting in January 2025.

Experience and Skills

  • Experience in all aspects of commercial landscape maintenance.

  • Excellent time management skills. This includes the ability to plan, prioritise and organise multiple projects and work requirements, including staff and resources.

  • Reliable and punctual.

  • High level interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation. You must have the ability to communicate and build relationships with all levels of stakeholders.

  • Good computer and literacy skills.

  • An eye for detail and a strong customer focus.

  • Practical decision-making and problem-solving skills.

  • Current Drivers Licence and White Card.

  • Landscape Qualification will be highly regarded.
