About Us:
Join one of Perth's leading landscaping companies and play a key role in keeping large commercial landscapes, gardens, and turf areas thriving. This role blends turf management, horticultural care, soil and plant health monitoring, and integrated pest management — with variety and autonomy built in.
What you'll be doing

This includes the application of herbicides for weed management, insecticides for pest control, and fungicides for disease treatment, all as part of a comprehensive and safe plant health care program.
- Delivering plant & turf nutrition and fertiliser programs to maintain healthy landscapes.
- Monitoring plant health, soil conditions, and identifying and treating weeds, pests or diseases.
- Supporting the wider maintenance team with horticultural and turf projects.
- Maintaining equipment and vehicle to high standards, with all PPE and training provided.
What's in it for you
- Competitive pay + benefits (uniforms, PPE, boots allowance, RDO system).
- Varied outdoor role across turf, plants, gardens, and landscapes.
- Ongoing training and professional development in both horticulture and turf.
- Clear career progression within a stable, supportive team.
About you
- Valid WA driver's licence + White Card.
- Hand & Boom Spray Ticket (or willingness to obtain).
- Background in turf, horticulture, or landscape maintenance.
- Able to identify plant and turf health issues and take initiative.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-focused.
