  • Based in our Brisbane office

Celebrating more than 60 years of service to the community, the Alcohol and Drug Foundation (ADF) is Australia's leading national organisation committed to inspiring positive change and delivering evidence-based approaches to minimise alcohol and drug harm.

Why this role?
We are seeking a Good Sports Project Officer to join our team supporting an exciting initiative to integrate vaping prevention into our Good Sports program. In this role you will engage with community sporting clubs across QLD about how they can prevent the uptake of vaping in young players and support those who vape to access help to quit. You will do this through the delivery of vaping workshops with club committees, training coaches in how to have conversations with young players and delivering information sessions to young players and their parents on the risks and how to access support.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced project officer who is confident delivering presentations to a wide range of audiences and holding important conversations around harm reduction and minimisation.

Experience and skills that will set you up for success in this role include:
