Your New Opportunity:

Join our expanding team as a Labourer at our resource recovery facility based in Hemmant. We are seeking a dedicated team player to oversee the safe and efficient loading of our finished baled product into shipping containers.

You will be managing the processing of products through our baler machine and wrapper line, ensuring strict adherence to HSEQ compliance.

Responsibilities also include but not limited to:

  • Ensuring the finished baled product (PEF) is safely loaded into shipping containers as well as the warehousing of the product.
  • Oversee that all Heavy vehicles are loaded within mass limits.
  • Ensuring a consistent operation of the baler, wrapper process line, and associated feed systems
  • Ensuring finished baled product (PEF) and product wrapping meets specification

About you:

  • Experience operating plant equipment - Training and upskilling available
  • Forklift licence (desirable)
  • Have a good work ethic and employment history
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
