Our global client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their high-performing, personable team. This is a 360 HR role — partnering with stakeholders, supporting talent, and driving operational excellence across borders.

About the role:

  • End-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle
  • Partnering with Partners and business leaders on performance, engagement, and development
  • Coordinating with offshore support teams to deliver seamless service
  • Navigating international structures and cross-border HR processes
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and policy implementation
  • Working with the global HR team on firm wide projects and initiatives

About you:

  • 3–5 years' HR experience in legal or professional services (ideally in a global firm)
  • HR Degree & knowledge of Australian workplace legislation & awards
  • You're articulate, engaging, and know how to tailor your tone — whether speaking to a senior partner, delivery a team update, or having a tricky HR conversation
  • Confident with technology, reporting and attention to detail
  • Ideally experience working with offshore teams
  • Career driven and motivated
