Tasks & Responsibilities:

As a Sales Consultant, your day-to-day will include:

  • Greet and engage prospective customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Understand and effectively communicate the benefits, features, and technology of various electric vehicle models
  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate EV options
  • Stay current on EV trends, incentives, charging infrastructure, and industry developments
  • Schedule and accompany customers on test drives, ensuring safety and providing vehicle insights
  • Assist customers with financing, leasing, and insurance options
  • Follow up with leads and maintain relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Input customer information and interactions accurately into the CRM system
  • Participate in dealership events, training sessions, and product launches
  • Your role does not restrict to the above responsibilities, time to time your direct manager will assign task other than the above duties.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience (automotive/EV preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Passion for sustainability and electric vehicles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Driver's license: Must hold a current and valid driver license.
