In this pivotal role, you'll support and mentor Practice Managers, drive operational excellence, ensure compliance and quality care, and lead high-performing teams to success.
About You
You're an experienced Practice Manager or Area Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. You bring:
- Proven leadership in medical practice management, preferably within a GP setting
- Strong understanding of Medicare, accreditation, and clinical governance
- Ability to interpret and manage financial and performance data (P&L, KPIs)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
