Job Title: Procurement Lead
Reporting To: Financial Controller
Direct Reports: Nil

Position Focus

This role supports the delivery of procurement initiatives with a strong emphasis on supplier management, governance, and administrative coordination. It is suited to a hands-on manager who can balance operational procurement tasks with stakeholder engagement and reporting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supplier Management & Administration – 30%

  • Support stakeholder with the application of supplier governance frameworks and performance tracking.

  • Maintain supplier records, onboarding documentation, and compliance logs.

  • Coordinate supplier segmentation and relationship management activities.

  • Assist with contract administration, renewals, and milestone tracking.

2. Procurement Operations & Support – 20%

  • Collaborate with Operations to lead and support implementation of procurement-related project activities.

  • Assist in embedding procurement processes into business-as-usual operations.

  • Provide administrative support for procurement simplification initiatives.

3. Fleet & Insurance Coordination – 15%

  • Oversee the commercial fleet register, including allocation, servicing, and compliance.

  • Manage insurance claims related to fleet and procurement incidents.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and insurers to ensure timely resolution.

4. Reporting & Data Consolidation – 20%

  • Coordinate procurement data collection for global and national reporting.

  • Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations.

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of procurement-related data.

5. Stakeholder Engagement – 15%

  • Act as a liaison between Procurement, Operations, Finance, and other departments.

  • Support stakeholder communications and meeting coordination.

  • Promote collaboration and continuous improvement across procurement activities.
