We are looking for a passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen teams. Our group have four premium venues in the Ballarat CBD. Each unique in cuisine and beverage offer.

The successful candidate will have atleast 5 years experience in the kitchen.

We are willing to sponsor the preferred candidate for their Visa if required.

This role will be based at Hop Temple, where we serve a Southern American style menu.

You will be working with experienced operators and will be provided with all the support you need. We are proud of our delivery of quality food using local ingredients.
