What you'll be doing:

  • Performing preventative and breakdown maintenance on plant and equipment
  • Fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs to minimise downtime
  • Assembly, disassembly, and rebuilds of mechanical systems
  • Working closely with the maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Contributing to a proactive safety culture and reporting maintenance issues

What we're looking for:

  • Trade Qualified Mechanical Fitter
  • Proven experience in a similar maintenance role (manufacturing/mining/industrial)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to read technical drawings
  • Sound understanding of safety procedures and risk management
  • Forklift, confined space, or EWP tickets (advantageous)
  • Reliable, team-oriented, and keen to learn and grow
