We are a well-established, award-winning boutique agency located in Erskineville looking to employ a concierge/receptionistwho has the passion & desire to excel in this role.

As our receptionist, you will be our brand ambassador, serving as a great first impression and the initial point of contact for a team who are bringing a customer-centred approach to real estate.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Office support & administration
  • Client communication
  • Answer & direct all incoming calls to the appropriate area
  • Welcome guests to the office

We are looking for a polished, professional individual who possesses the following skills & experience:

  • Excellent organisational, time management skills & attention to detail
  • No experience required, 12 months + Real Estate experience preferred but not essential, we can train you
  • Real Estate Certificate of Registration required (can be completed after commencement)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using Property Tree, Inspection Manager, Outlook preferred - again not essential, we can train you
  • Team player & someone that is satisfied helping others achieve their best
