2025 is a once-in-a-decade roofing gold rush across Brisbane.

After record hailstorms, thousands of homes are being approved for insurance-funded roof replacements and solar upgrades.

Homeowners have already been paid by their insurers — which means no "I can't afford it" objections and high conversion potential for motivated sales professionals.

We're expanding our sales team to help meet unprecedented demand for new metal roofs and solar installations.

If you've got the hunger to close deals, climb roofs, and cash in on a booming industry — this is your shot.


What You'll Be Doing
  • Attending pre-qualified leads in storm-affected suburbs (we advertise and book them).
  • Conducting roof inspections (you'll be trained — no prior roofing experience needed).
  • Explaining the insurance process and quoting replacement or solar packages.
  • Closing deals and coordinating with our operations team to hand over projects.
  • Tracking performance on our live sales leaderboard — compete, win, and get rewarded.

Who We're Looking For
  • Confident, ambitious, and highly competitive salespeople.
  • Comfortable using ladders and walking on roofs (training and safety provided).
  • Proven background in sales, door-to-door, automotive, gym, or telecoms etc welcome.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Honest, reliable, and professional with strong communication skills.

(Roofing or solar experience is a plus — not essential. We train you from the ground up.)
