Salary Range: $121,496 - $136,746 per annum + Superannuation (pending experience)

In this influential and relationship-focused role, you'll help shape the future teaching workforce by coordinating high-quality professional experience placements across our Diocese. Working closely with the Team Leader - Career Development, you'll design and deliver the frameworks, processes and partnerships that support Pre-Service Teachers to thrive during their placements and feel inspired to join TCE as early career teachers.

Every day will bring opportunities to collaborate with school leaders, universities and internal directorates to strengthen pathways into the profession. Drawing on your experience in teaching, mentoring and professional learning, you'll work to enhance placement quality, build capability within schools, promote teaching as a vocation, and ensure that Pre-Service Teachers receive the support and guidance that they need to succeed.

You'll bring strong knowledge of curriculum, pedagogy and the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers, along with experience supporting pre-service and early career teachers. Highly organised and adaptable, you'll be confident navigating complex conversations, building productive relationships, managing competing priorities and designing meaningful learning experiences. Values-driven and collaborative, you'll contribute to a positive, future-focused culture that reflects the mission of Catholic education.

This role involves working across multiple schools and stakeholders to coordinate placements, scholarship programs and promotional activities. Applicants should be comfortable managing travel, presenting at career events, and engaging with diverse groups of staff, students and partners. A current Blue Card, tertiary qualifications in Education and a valid driver's licence are essential.
