An Australian Owned and operated company in the renewable energy sector is recruiting a new Storeperson with administration experience for there rapidly growing company

**Your new role**
- Coordinate inventory allocation to installers based on installation forecasts.
- Document stock changes and consignments, ensuring acknowledgement from all parties involved.
- Maintain both hard copy and soft copy records of stock consignments for each change.
- Conduct weekly stock reconciliation and provide reports to the supervisor.
- Efficiently sort, organise, and store inventory in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Safely operate heavy machinery such as forklifts for inventory movement and storage.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment by clearing packing materials and debris.
- Ensure workspaces are free of hazards and remove any safety risks from aisles.
- Coordinate physical stocktake with installers and other involved parties.
- Report any faulty stock to the supervisor for further action on warranty claims.
- Actively collaborate with the team to achieve collective goals.
- Manage, report, and dispose of products as required.
- Complete assigned ad hoc tasks and duties under the direction of the supervisor.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ideally, possess at least 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using the MS Office suite and prior experience with inventory software.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport with internal and external customers.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring the quality and accuracy of inventory.
- Highly organised with the ability to optimise item storage efficiently
- Physical capability to lift items weighing 25 KG or more.
- Adherence to health and safety procedures and regulations mandated by the organisation and NSW legislation
