What you'll do

As an Executive Assistant supporting our Chief Operating Officer you'll:

• Coordinate all aspects of administrative support, including travel, correspondence, diary and email management.
• Keep across key business activities that impact the COO and ensure effective communication.
• Prepare and review complex documents, reports, and presentations.
• Organise meetings, events, and conferences.
• Act as the go-to person for stakeholders — internal and external — with professionalism and discretion.

What you'll bring

• Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leaders in a mid to large organisation.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and experience coordinating virtual meetings and technology.
• Excellent judgement, attention to detail, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.

(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
