Are you a passionate Speech Therapist eager to make a real difference? As a Speech Therapist with us, you'll have the opportunity to support clients across a range of areas, including speech and language development, social communication, feeding and swallowing, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). You'll work with individuals of all ages, helping those with autism, voice disorders, post-brain injury recovery, and age-related conditions like dementia to improve their communication skills, independence, and social connections. Your expertise will directly empower clients to achieve greater confidence and quality of life through tailored, evidence-based interventions.

Remuneration $90,000 to $120,000 per annum

  • Senior/Lead Speech Therapist to mentor a small team

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Delivering personalized speech and language therapy to children, adolescents, and adults across clinics, homes, community settings, and via Telehealth.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, client-centered care.
  • Educating and empowering clients, families, and carers to enhance communication and daily living skills.
  • Monitoring progress, maintaining thorough documentation, and ensuring compliance with professional standards and NDIS requirements.
  • Supporting and mentoring team members, sharing your knowledge to foster a high-quality, evidence-based practice environment.
  • Contributing to program development and service reviews to meet evolving client needs.

What We're Looking For:

  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current registration with SPA.
  • Passion for working within the disability sector.
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage clients, families, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Willingness to pursue ongoing professional growth.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Valid NSW driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • NDIS Worker Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
