We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in Mildura, where you can be a part of making a difference to our participants lives.

Employment Consultant (EC) - What's the job all about?

At CVGT Employment, we are looking for candidates who excel in the following;

  • Engage & Inspire: Build relationships with a caseload of participants, tailoring service delivery and requirements to their capabilities and needs.
  • Empower Dreams: Assist participants to break down their barriers and support them towards meaningful employment.
  • Connect & Register: Match participants with suitable activities, support services, training and employment opportunities.
  • Coach & Motivate: Educate and guide participants on their requirements and provide the tools they need to succeed.
  • Sustain Success: Provide genuine post placement support to achieve ongoing sustained employment.

Industry experience is not necessary as all training is provided however applicants should possess excellent time management skills, intermediate IT skills and the ability to engage and empathise with a diverse range of people.
