Business Development Consultant (BDC) - What's the job all about?

At CVGT Employment, we are looking for candidates who excel in the following;

  • People Person: Engaging with business owners to uncover prime opportunities for our participants, utilising your excellent communication skills.
  • Sales Guru: Harness your inner sales superstar to passionately market our employment services, creating compelling narratives that resonate with employers and showcase the unique value of our participants.
  • Working in the community: Provide great customer service to our participants and employers.
  • Being a team player: Work together with your team to help our participants find meaningful employment.

If you are a relationship building and networking superstar, we would love to speak with you, to see how we can grow and work together.

A maintained vehicle is provided whilst you perform the duties of the role.
