Overview:

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing state-wide strategic projects and reform initiatives related to transitions from acute health care to community. They will be required to:

  • Coordinate projects in relation to the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), Aged Care and other relevant issues with the Local Health Networks (LHNs).
  • Provide high level advice, leadership, management and knowledge on the NDIS implementation, disability initiatives and aged care reform for the Department for Health and Wellbeing and SA Government agencies as required.
  • Significantly contribute to the Community Services and Partnerships Team and Integrated Care Systems Directorate leadership team.

SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
