About the business and the role

Sushi Train Smithfield offers a diverse variety of our unique Japanese foods to choose from for our dine in and takeaway customers, located in the heart of Smithfield Shopping Centre. To keep up and fulfill our customers, Sushi Train Smithfield requires a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our professional team. The Restaurant Supervisor will be required to be responsible for supervising and training staffs, assist the manager, maintaining our local customer expectations, and providing leadership and support to our staff and customers.

Skills & Experience

· Minimum 2 years working experience in our industry required as a Restaurant Supervisor

· Recent and qualified experience in hospitality

· Knowledge and experience of Japanese food and culture would be preferable

· Have the relevant qualification at least Certificate IV

What you need

· Excellent, supportive and leadership skill set

· Diligent in customer service and teamwork

· Positive, professional, and flexible attitude

· Exceptional time management and organizational skills

· Leadership qualities including motivating and coaching staffs

· Must be flexible to work including nights, weekends and public holidays

· Ability to work efficiently, professionally, and proactively

Salary

$69, $70,000 including applicable rates and entitlements per annum + superannuation
